The nightly rate times the nights. Chef, transfers and extras aren't included.

Paid after check-out

Approved once the stay is complete, then paid per booking by bank transfer.

Your reader can take their time. Any booking within 90 days of the click is yours.

Keep the link live

We check your link weekly. If it disappears, new commission pauses until it's back.

Cancelled stays earn nothing

No commission on a cancelled booking, and we never claw back money already paid.

Bookings you make for yourself don't earn commission.

Before you sign up.

How do you know the booking came from me?

Your link sets a marker in your reader's browser for 90 days, and it follows them into the enquiry form. If they'd rather message us on WhatsApp, the button carries your code into their first message, so you're still credited.

When exactly do I get paid?

Commission is approved when your guest checks out, and paid by bank transfer per booking rather than held for a monthly run. Bookings made far in advance sit in your dashboard as pending in the meantime.

Do I need a website?

No. A blog, a wedding directory, a YouTube channel or an Instagram audience all work. If you do have a site, keeping a live link to us is part of the deal.

What if my reader books a different villa?

You still earn. The commission follows the guest, not the villa, so if they enquire about one house and book another, it's still your booking.

Is there a cap on what I can earn?

No cap, and no limit on how many guests you send. Our largest estates run to several thousand pounds a night, so a single group booking can be worth more than a month of display advertising.

What does it cost me?

Nothing. Joining is free, there's no minimum audience, and you can leave whenever you like.
