Jimmy and Jason is a private-villa company in Marrakech, run with the conviction that a great holiday is shaped less by a brochure and more by the people who keep the house. We don't list properties we wouldn't send our own family to.
Our story
Jimmy and Jason began in a riad kitchen in 2019, run by a small team who knew Marrakech's neighbourhoods, contractors and house managers personally. We launched with seven villas — every one walked, photographed and scored before it joined the book.
Today the collection has grown to fifty-five hand-selected estates across the Palmeraie, the Ourika valley, the Amizmiz and Ouarzazate roads, the city centre, and the Fez road — but the rule has not changed. If we wouldn't book it ourselves, it doesn't go in.
How we work
Each villa is inspected in person, every season. We negotiate direct rates with owners, hire and train the resident teams, and run a 24/7 concierge office in Gueliz. Every reservation is handled by a human in Marrakech — not a call centre, not a chatbot.
Guests book direct, pay no OTA fees, and benefit from a single all-in nightly price that includes staff, breakfast and airport transfer. The concierge replies within the day, usually within the hour.

Every property is walked by our team before it enters the book — and again every season. No off-plan listings, no second-hand photography.
Run by people, not platforms
You speak with the same concierge from first enquiry to airport drop. We respond in hours, in the language you prefer, with the directness you'd expect from a small house.
All-inclusive, with no asterisks
Resident staff, daily breakfast, airport transfer, taxes and Wi-Fi are in the nightly rate. Chef on request. À-la-carte additions are priced before you arrive.
